Spring has arrived. I'm sitting outside right now, enjoying the sun and listening to reggae. About an hour ago I realized just how much I had to drink last night. I walked out of my room and found furniture that hadn't been there before. I don't remember where it came from, but I hope nobody comes looking for it. In other news, I have been promoted. i don't know exactly what my new status will be, but I have some sort of new contract with the kibbutz. I get to see the contract tomorrow, and find out what it's all about. i'm pretty excited about it. Whatever my new status is it will involve more money, and that is a very good thing. I will finally be able to afford to visit Brazil.

It's 48 and rainy all week here, so there's little chance of me listening to reggae with a bottle of rum in hand. Do you know if you're getting that mechanic job yet?
