I have experienced socialized medicine. As an American, this is quite a thing. I cut the living hell out of my finger today at work, and needed stiches. Even though I lost a good deal of blood, it was still not such a bad time. I didn't wait too long, and everybody was very nice. Israeli nurses are better looking than any I've ever seen as well. Of course, with the exception of the girls on the kibbutz, Israeli women are just hotter in general. I've also been offered a job here, so I'll probably be staying in Israel. I like it here, too bad I don't speak Hebrew.
