it's been a year of this already
My response was one of complete lack of surprise. "Yeah, that thing has been through the wringer, it should hold a grudge by now." {On every level.}
That is what I call my yearly cleanse during the month of... yeah. No alcohol. No nicotine. No caffeine. No refined sugar. No drugs of any kind, not even an aspirin. A whole month of pure, unmitigated HELL. I do it, every year, just to make sure I can STILL DO IT. ;-}>
