feeling much better today, despite a bit of a hangover. hung out with some of my favorite people last night and made a super yummy dinner and drank expensive merlot and smoked some very fine refer. 
the dark cloud is disapating, and it happens to be a beautiful sunny day here in schitzo-weatherland. i wonder if i have seasonal affective disorder? eh, 
i need to stop psychoanalyzing myself...i think it's making me crazy.(there's that pesky irony thing again). lao tzu said in the tao te ching "true things seem paradoxial".
also, here's one of my favorites that i have been striving to retain "the sage understands that all things are difficult, and therefore has no difficulties"
