Alright, I have a VERY important question. I'm trying to get out to New England to see someone, and it seems like me and some people might be driving out there. However, my Oregon license is suspended. Now, I have family in California that is willing to provide proof of residence. Can I get a California drivers license if my Oregon license is suspended? Any help would be hot.
