So things have been looking up has of late, I've actually managed to go out three times in the last week which has been good. It pretty much started out with me accidently getting back in touch with someone I went to high school with, who than put me back in touch with this kid luis. so I ended up going to a pool party at some fancy hotel not far off times square, and meeting some really cool cats. and the thing that topped the night was at the end of the night while I was putting back on my clothes in the bathroom, I over hear this cute little tattooed chick who I'd had my eye on all night refer to me as "luis's hot friend". so that was a nice little ego booster, even if the girl barely spoke to me the entire night. Saturday night I was supposed to go to some club in the meat packing district for this guy I used to work with's brothers birthday, but ended up bailing on that when I fought out how much it was going to cost just to get in. Instead I meeting up with Gonzoe for a few rounds and a slice. than on sunday I went with luis to a birthday party for someone from the company that he's interning with, a party that just so happened to be down on west 4th. and I have to say that if you've never been to a roof party in downtown manhattan than you don't know what your missing! Plus I gave gonzoe a call and invited him to come along, so it was a good time all around.
