So thank you sickness.....

because of having such a terrible cold it has resulted in me being weak as a kitten which means that standing for too long or loud noises are out of the question.
Which in turn means I have to miss the Get Up Kids reunion show tonight that i won tickets to.
Seriously unfair right?
This is the second time i've missed them because of some sort of illness. 7 years ago i missed them because my stomach was in such bad shape that i had cramps so bad i could only crawl around the house and not stand up straight.
I mean come on, could my body hate me anymore?
I know why I am being punished with sickness too, I went out after the wedding reception bar hopping with everyone else and got annihaleted drunk like so far beyond my 3 drink max that i have been sticking to. I didn't puke that night so i know i can still hold my liquor BUT i must have weakened my immune system enough to let this horrible cold envelop my body.
There may be a lesson to learn in all of this but I probably won't learn it. hahaha

Again I have to mention because its such a lighter note but in less than a month Tez will be here staying with me.
I am so beyond thrilled that words can't do it justice. I get to play Minneapolis ambassador hahaha.

I still haven't gotten down to Wisconsin to see my grandma and show her the portrait tattoo of the on my calf. I need to get down sometime this weekend or next week even just for a day.

Ahhhh fuck you runny nose, i need kleenex but that requires getting out of bed. See this is the real reason i hate getting sick... i turn into a whiney bitch. A cold isn't that bad but it feels like i;m a mogwai and someone just spilled water on my back. Atleast it isn't swine flu i don't think.
