I thought that I've heard him for a few weeks now usually around 3am under the fridge , I thought I'd catch glimpses of him every now and again out of the corner of my eye but I could never be quite sure, well... tonight was proof positive.
I walked in the door and threw my bag down and popped on the light and as I turned to take my coat off I saw him. Down by the baseboards hauling ass and hoping not to be seen but his mission failed. A little grey mouse running for dear life. I didn't catch em, little bastard was too quick and seems to have a few magic portals. I wasn't that intent on catching him yet anyway. He hasn't really caused any trouble thus far. I'm not sure what to name him, I'm leaning towards "Weebs". I've been wanting to name something Weebs for years and it sounds like it would fit a little bitty mouse. He's probably just waiting around until the giant computer calculates the answer to the big question. So until then it looks like I've got a cheese eating roommate, now if only I can find away to get him to cough up his share of the rent.
On an unrelated topic, I'm still fairly hungover. School starts tomorrow at 10:30 am sharp. My tattoo is all peely. My apartment is beyond trashed at the moment. It looks very similar to how my room use to look when I was in high school in my windowless basement room. Mostly its just clothes strewn every which way but loose. I've gotta get some laundry done tomorrow anyway so that should free up quite a bit of floor space.
I just realized my neighbor has two dogs. Yesterday is the first time I have seen them since I moved in back in September. I'd heard them from time to time so it should have registered before now but I had never seen him take them outside or anything so I didn't think anything of it. Maybe he bred them not to have to eat or drink anything, they could be new robot dogs. Oh technology you brilliant bastard!!!!
I'm locked in a debate as to get a bike or a longboard for summertime transportation. I'm leaning towards a longboard simply for the fact that I don't need to lock up a longboard. But then again I could get places faster with a bike. and if I get a bike which kind do I get? A bmx bike, a mountain bike or a skinny tire touring bike? Good thing I have a few months before it gets warm to make my mind up.
I'm about to make like a baby and head out.
