Yeah so.....
Withing the past 24 hours I have found out that my father and my grandmother ( who raised me ) both have cancer....

I don't know what to do, say, feel.
-I am angry that because of all the bullshit between my mother and father that now not only have I missed out on 20 years of time and bonding with my father now the time we do have is limited even more so.
-I am sad at the thought of losing both of these people. Two of the closest people to me in my family.
-I don't know how to support them in this. I don't know how to wrap up every emotion and feeling I have into words.
I don't know how to make sure I say everything I want/need to, how do I make sure the remainder of our time together is well spent.

At the moment my father is refusing medical help.
My grandmother goes to a specialist this week.

Wow! I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma and your dad. I agree with what kielyn said. Communication is key at this time. Your father and grandmother may have fears/concerns and don't want to upset you. Maybe a cancer support group would be something to look into... not only for them but for you as well. They are out there! I'm sure the Oncologist can refer your family to a local group.Talking with other families experiencing the same concerns and feelings would help. Also your family would learn what to expect along the way and possibly find out about alternative treatments. The resources are limitless! In the meantime, If you ever need to talk...I'm here. My mother and my grandmother both had cancer. That doesn't make me an expert by any means, but sometimes having someone who can relate to feelings that you might be experiencing can help.
