I am feeling good today, my youngest daughter Hannah (20) is here to visit for a week and her and my eldest Nerissa (22) and I went out and had a nice time. It was the first time in over three weeks I could relax and eat a full meal. We had a bizarre 3x bad luck cycle hit all of us three weeks ago where 1st I got cheated on and dumped by someone I really cared for, then Nerissa got fired on a bullshit technicality from a job she put her all into and really cared about and after that Hannah got dumped by her live in BF, all within 72 hours. The cool part was that Nerissa came in 5 minutes and calmed me down and stayed with me when I needed it bad , I was there for her in 5 minutes when she was upset about her being fired and was starting to really cry and freak out, and then when Hannah had her BS go down I was able to connect with her and get her out of the small town for a week when she seriously needed it. This really brings full circle what I am really here for and what I need to pay attention to. I was lost when my kids left the house 3 years ago and it is cool to have the time and the chance to connect with them. I am lucky and grateful I have this in my life.
