For those of you who cook, what's your thoughts on Gordon Ramsay? I mean hell's kitchen and the rest of the Fox that crap aside. I like the man, I mean he has a good cooking philosophy. Good high quality can be simple and local. Exotic doesn't always equal good. I think he's true personality is better shown on the BBC. I especially love hearing him talk about food on The F-Word. Why am I talking about a random TV chief? Just something to discuss.

Speaking of cooking, anyone going to that Cup Cake Toronto event? Want to meet up and head there together? Sadly I'm not really a cup cake baker, though I do make a chocolate pots with grand marnier that lots of people seem to like.

Golly is my apartment a mess. As I said yesterday it's been a wicked week. I'm definitely doing a Hannelore level cleaning tomorrow. Finally got my name on the buzzer by the front door. FedEx keeps refusing to deliver to me since the previous tenant's name was there so I just changed it myself.

The knee is a little better, still hurts like hell, but at least a few circles higher. On that note I'm going to get some sleep and hope that my knee feels better in the morning.
