So I'm up here at Boyne Mountain for my mountain bike race and frankly it's kind of lonely and a little boring. I wonder what the front desk would think if I called up and asked them for a "Suicide Girl, Please...there's a hundred dollar bill in it for you" Too bad I'll never know since I don't have any hundred dollar bills floating around. Five thousand dollar bike, yes. Hundred dollar bills, no. Funny how the world works.

Though I do have to say for a single bed room, my room is quite swanky. The room is much bigger then the standard one bed rooms that I've stayed in before. There's even a wirlpool tube and a massive flat screen tv. Though they have the TV programed so I can't hook my Powerbook up and play DVDs which makes it completely useless for me since the stations they have really have nothing of interest to me.

I did a pre-race run of the race course I'm riding tomorrow. Boy am I screwed! The whole time I'm riding it I kept thinking What the hell have I gotten myself into? I mean the course is only 9.5 by my calculations vs. the claimed 14 miles but it's a tough course and I have to do it twice...with other people watching . There's not very many tough obstacles in the trail it just there's one long semi-steep climb after another and there's also sand everywhere. I loath sand, sand is evil when trying to ride through it. At best it robs you of all speed at worse it prevents you from turning or stops you dead flipping you over your handle bars and into the nearest tree. Which trust me hurts...a lot. Other then those notes my ride was fine well there was this racer guy that I ended up riding next to that I tried to strike up a conversation with but just acted like I wasn't there. Fucking racer boys...too good to even respond.

The other parts resort grounds are nice I guess. I mean there's a swimming pool and all of that jazz but of course there's kids. Screamy, whiny, little bastards. How I loath children, I loath them more then sand. One of the only things I loath are the parents of said children. The kind that don't control their kids or show them by example how to act properly in public. I swear sometimes the parents are worse then children.

But yes so I'm kind of lonely. I have a swanky room which I think would be great for entertaining a friend or fellow racer but there's no one I know up here. So I'm all alone. See this is why I could meet someone nice. Someone to cuddle with.

Since I know some smart ass is saying, "Why don't you go to lounge and pick up some nice girl and bring her back to your swanky room?" Believe me I would, except there's only too kinds of women here: big, fat, ugly, ignorant woman , and underaged girls . So let's see eww and eww. I mean first off I like older women but that means 23 not 53 plus I like the intelligent, skinny types. Secondly I'm not a pedophile so that rules out luring children into my van (also I don't have a van.)

Anyways I guess I'm going to go find something to do. Wish me luck tomorrow, I'm sure as hell going to need it.
