The rain is still here. I'm not sure if think that's a good thing or a bad thing. I do want to get back out in the forest exploring and biking but I love the rain so much. I'm kind of going stir crazy.
Had my Zingerman's interview today. Think it went well. I'm not sure really. I mean it lasted about 10 mins. I have to call in for another interview tomorrow then maybe a trial shift. I don't know what to think at the moment. I mean I don't want to get my hopes up. Still the job looks nice and people I'd be working with seem to be decent. My all Suicide Girls drink free offers still stands if I get the job.
The only other notable thing I guess is I'm now the owner of a brand spanking new Garmin GPS MAP 60CSx. I had the cash and figured that my old GPS unit deserved some retirement since it's been going five years strong. Today when I was driving back from the store I was thinking of all the adventures I've dragged that unit on. From mountain climbing in Colorado to exploring the forests of the U.P. to the adventures in Ann Arbor to using it in school and in Canada. Freezing temperatures to blazing heat. It's been dunked, dropped, thrown, packed under a bunch of crap, and abused to the point where some of the screen doesn't work anymore.
