My sister is coming down tomorrow so I will be getting my girliness time in. Which basically means we will be doing a lot of shopping and gossiping and other hideously cliche things I'm embarrassed to own up to. But it's still good for the soul.
I saw a beautiful tattoo today on flickr and it really made me think about getting one done. [See above] And I just don't do tattoos. No individual one has ever had that affect on me before. Weird. I guess I just really like birds. 
I'm going to start trying to keep up with my amateurish yet very personally fulfilling dabbles in photography on Flickr. Basically it is a bunch of animals. I like those.And I tend to go to the park pond and zoo a lot. Heh.
I was reading Bust magazine today and I swear one of the best parts of the magazine are all of the ads for Indie craft websites throughout it. I love getting online and finding insanely cute and clever stuff. I really want to get some patience and start picking out one of a kind hand made treasures to buy instead of a bunch of junk in the mall. I came across a squirrel purse that just amused the hell out of me. Of course the stuff is usually more expensive because it is not mass produced and pretty hefty man hours are put into it compared to factory items. But that's the point and it is very worth it. So if anybody could point me in the direction of more websites like that, I'd be grateful and probably very tickled!
