So, as an early valentines day get together for me and my g/f because i have to work tomorrow night, we exchanged gifts. I was surprised to find, that she had given me an electric razor, that I almost pooed myself. Anyway, about 2 in the morning after the dining and the good romping i gave her in thanks for the razor, i decide to open the razor, so i can charge it and use it tomorrow before i go to work. Well, like always, the damn thing is bound in those pain-in-the-montherfucking-ass melded, thick plastic package. So, i grab my trusty box cutter, go to open it along the seams, but before i do, i make sure to take the saftey precautions so as not to severly injure myself, because i always do. Anyway, i cut the plastic along the meld line, and the razor jumps and tags my thumb. Full force, with a fresh, new, sharp, pointy blade, and as i look down after muttering a short string of profanity, i notice, i've already dropped blood on the carpet, not even within 1 second of exsposure. So, i quickly stick my finger in my mouth and start sucking the blood so coagulation can set in faster, so i believe, and look at the razor, only to notice... 
taht the tip is no longer connected. 
that means, yep, it's in my finger! 
So, i go to the bathroom, run my finger under cold water, get it near numb, and proceed to go dig out the blade tip out of my thumb knuckle, where the slice just missed the start of my thumbnail. So, i have to bend my thumb, causing more blood to flow, and then use the pair of medical tweezers i was saving for a roach clip to dig out the blade tip. The mission was a success, i washed my finger, rigged my thumb with the simple bandage- 1/4 of a napkin with a/d ointment applied to wound side, covered with some electrical tape. I figure, by morning before i go to work, it should be better, as it has been before. If not, well, looks like i'll be having fun at work tomorrow with my bloody thumb. What a way to begin valetines day, by bleeding from and all over the gift you better half has given you. If that's not bad juju, i don't know what is.
