there's a grey blue jay outside my living room right now, making repeated short flights from the porch railing to the back of my wicker loveseat. and every now and then, she tries to fly at the window, seemingly in an attempt to come into my house.

i find this strange and entertaining, but distracting from my early afternoon of enjoying 'bones' on netflix.

...i think every time i hear this song i love it more, and every time i see the video i fall harder and harder for it. i wish more than anything i were upstate seeing the rock yourself to sleep tour tonight. but for now, i'll settle for this, and (god willing) some highly attractive company.
