quit smoking over a year ago went on meds that caused rapid weight gain and had lots of added stress in my life....im fat. ive been off the meds for over a week now and on something new and im visibly starting to lose a little. this makes me optimistic. I also got one of those video series from the guy that dose P90X I took my before pic and am going to jump into it with both feet as soon as we reclaim the living room from the mess of moving. oh and I am officially a Mass-hole now. the fiance and I are now living together which makes that part of life easier but oh my Gods do I have a lot of crap and this house is tiny compared to my old house.
