Haven't blogged in forever. So busy lately. Highlights:
1) New full time job. I enjoy work and the people I work with are awesome. Two of them come to my Rock Band nights every Friday. They don't pay me enough, but I'm way happier here than I was at the soul crushing retail job that paid a lot.
2) Things with the girl are still wonderful. I guess we're in a relationship now. It's been like 3 months. She's amazing, and sexy, and loving, and I'm crazy about her. We're sort of looking for a single girl to bring into the mix. Ari really likes girls and I've never done the group thing, so she wants me to try it. Like I'm going to say no.
3) Archery! I spent this last weekend down in the bay area for an archery shoot on Sunday. It was amazing! The weather was absolutely gorgeous; 70 degrees with nothing but sunshine; and I spent the whole day hiking through the forest with my friends and my bow. It was awesome. I'm sore and covered in mosquito bites today, but it was one of the best days I've had in a long time. How often do you get the opportunity to shoot a bow across a lake at a life-sized foam wooly mammoth in perfect weather with awesome friends?
4) Bike! The weather is finally good enough for me to start riding my bike. A friend of mine gave me his road bike when he moved from Reno to Chicago, and I've been dying to ride it. I definitely need to get a better seat and I think the gears need a little work, but all in all it's a great machine. It's a 5 minute drive to my work, so I figure it'll be about a 15 minute bike ride. I'd love to start riding once the weather is just a little bit more stable.
So yeah. Lots of stuff going on. I don't spend nearly as much time dicking around on the Internet anymore, so my apologies if I've been neglecting anyone. If you want other contact info to get in touch with me I'd be more than happy to provide it. A lot of you already have it. I do miss my SG friends.
