I failed my first test ever yesterday. Got a 64! Fuck french.

In other news, I made it through level one improv class. I'm doing okay. Definitely getting better. I'm contemplating taking level two. It's weird - I absolutely don't look forward to going, but when I go, I always have lots of fun. It's a strange thing.

Thanks to all of those who congratulated me on the script, or who are reading it. We're editing it now, maybe adding a few scenes to help flesh out the thinner parts of the story. When we get it back from a few people (especially the copy editor for our old 'zine), we'll incorporate the new scenes, and that will be a much tighter second draft. Things are going nicely.

Just made coffee in my french press, and it's awesome. Sometimes coffee out of a french press is just "meh." You steep it too long or not long enough, the water was too hot or too cold, etc. But every once in a while, through random chance, you brew a perfect pot. This is such a pot. I'm probably going to be late for class because I have to sit here and drink the whole cup. I can't let it go to waste.
