Finished act 1 yesterday and got a scene done in act 2, then Final Draft decided it would crash.
A genius software engineer decided that including an autosave feature in Final Draft would be a good idea, but only if it's off by default and requires the user to go in and turn it on. This pretty much negates the "auto" part of the "autosave" feature.
There's also an amazing backup feature that backs up everything you've done, but only when you save.
So five hours of writing from yesterday were undone. Not the end of the world, but we're having trouble capturing the language we discovered yesterday. It's frustrating.
