So, Nick and I may be getting a little too good at pinball. Specifically one machine. We played our Lord of the Rings machine at Harrah's today, scored about 210 and 180 million in 3 games, and left way earlier than we had planned. We didn't really try to get those scores, is the thing, we just get them naturally. The way we can play that machine, if we play a full-length game (ie, we don't drain early and we get a decent rhythm going), we usually top 150 million. It's... exhausting. Like fucking a girl that just won't cum. It's nice, and everything, but about 2 hours into it you get a little jaded and start wondering what else there is to do.

We've decided to shift our focus to the new Pirates of the Carribean machine at the Hilton and leave Lord of the Rings for a while. I already have 309 million on Pirates. We'll see how long this one stands up against the might of the Reno Pinball Syndicate (RPS if you see it around town).
