Is everybody ready for the heatwave? Ain't summer fun?

I can't wait to go to derby next weekend.(I know, it takes so very little to amuse me. What can I say, my life is pretty dull.)

I spent last evening playin' cards at my cousin's. It'll be so nice to just walk next door to go home, instead having to drive 20 minutes. Hopefully, it won't be long till that time comes.

I bought the new Pink Floyd Concert DVD. My appreciation for their music has hit a whole new level. It makes me want to go out and buy a surround sound system. And visuals, WOW! Lights, lasers, movies, crashing airplanes, gigantic mirror balls that open up...I wish they would tour just once more. I wouldn't care if I had to sell everything I own to get a ticket, I would be there. Oh well, at least on September 16 I'll get to see the next best thing, "The Wall", an awesome tribute band.
