You know in today's world....it just does not pay to be sick. I am lucky that when I am sick, I can simply work out of the house and keep up. No sick day and me and the laptop spend the day in bed. IM and e-mail.
My voice is not working right now. Chest cold has worked its way through my throat and the combination of being sick and losing my temper and yelling at a dog has done my vocal chords in. You ever had a dog that eats everthing...chews on everything? Eats the rug....digs craters in the yard.....pulls out the recycling to tear it to shreds in the front yard. That one is my favorite because it makes my house look like I should be in a mobile home with pink flamingos in the yard.
Trouble is....she is a sweet dog. She is still just a dog and is still learning her manners. At least she is not jumping on the kitchen table anymore right? I have the claw marks to prove it.
Oh well.....at least that is out of me and maybe I will hold it together today. My temper gets the best of me sometimes when I do not feel good.
