ok, after getting adjusted to the time change and whatnot, I went outside to take some photos around my uncle's house today. I've been spending alot of time getting to know my cousins as well. My uncle's oldest daughter was born in Chicago a year after I moved to California, and then they moved to France 2 years after that. I've only seen her twice besides right now. She speaks more French than I do!
I also have two younger boy cousins that were born here, so they have dual citizenship until they are 18. Man, I wish I had that choice...
This place is amazing. At around 5 p.m. every evening, a farmer brings down his cows from the pasture up in the hills. It is quite a show...there is about 40 of those guys parading down the dirt road -- right by my uncle's house. Summer (my cousin) gets all worked up over it!
