so no work yesterday for me. didn't go, didn't call. i did end up sending my boss a vague email last night saying to just reprimand me for the no show because i didn't feel like going into the details. a true statement actually. there are no details of course, i just didn't go, but worded to sound like something that would be uncomfortable to bring up at all. it was all very ingenious in my own mind. there was no reply, and no discussion about it today. in real life, i don't have any games for people to play. work receives the dark side and it doesn't bother me, which i always find a little strange.

3 packs of smokes and 2 16oz apple juices - $15. luxury items do not go on sale. picked up the adult news and entertainment freebie weekly while i was there, which is mostly strip club and hooker ads, but there is usually at least one good article. today i learned about a woman who survived gunfire to the heart region due to her fake breasts, and read a collection of spanish sex slang. for instance, i have hairy aguacates.

i've got this bag of xmas clothes in the car that i've been too lazy to bring in - a sweatshirt and a few plain t's i can wear, but also flannel boxers, a collared shirt, colored socks (and thick) etc. all outside my range of acceptance. there will be separation followed by donation at some point in the near future.

tonight i inspect a strange new device and then hit the lanes with thirsty. no blacklights and no weird music, so we'll see if the effects are positive. i don't think i'll be able to get a car bomb there, but i will check to be sure.
