cool, i can't sleep tonight. there's this theory on sleep debt, where every hour below 8 that you don't sleep each night is tallied and on your permanent record. nights like this make me question that theory because i slept a lot this weekend and i'm saying that tonight is me being over rested, even though i'm probably under the mark on my lifetime sleep debt. so fuck that theory.

tomorrow night i work for the meridian, while they have their all staff xmas party. this should be interesting since i will have no idea what i'm doing. i'm hoping for a lot of beer and shot orders. i've been fascinated with bars since i was little (movie scenes), so i'm looking forward to seeing what happens when i'm on the side i have no business being on. maybe i'll be a natural. i would like to own a bar some day. or maybe a fine rave club. here i come night #1.
