and....he's up. i used to always sleep until noon on off days, but my new one is 2pm. at least the last couple of months.
saw a cool band last night at bar of soap, got to talk with deadite and his girl a little bit, got to talk with the bass player and the hot little drummer girl afterwards (both were super nice - from austin) and...got to rap for a while with one of my many childhood heros, the one and only craig johnson. i was hitting loaded stage by this point, but so was he so it worked out pretty good. apparently him and wilkes still hit the downhills on occasion, and wilkes is the only one who goes full upright stance, balls out white knuckle style. it was a much better story in person. texas is the reason. how the hell could i argue with that. anyway, it was kick ass.
i've got some sitting around to catch up on today, and i'm not even behind schedule on that to start with. perfect.
