Well I just moved all of my stuff from one room to the other....and guess what...I got Poison Oak off of something in my room.......Good thing my girlfriend isn't contagious!!!
Yep last year I shook someone's hand that had it and I guess I passed it on to something in my room.....
The active poison in Poison Ivy, Oak and Sumac is called...Urushiol....90% of all americans are allergic to this poison.....It takes only one Nanogram(which is one billionth of a gram...you know how small that is???)to spread this contagious rash...it's totally crazy.Urushiol is contagious from 1 to 5 years.......so that one little nanogram was just kickin it in my room waitin for me to touch it.......it was saying...if you don't touch me this year I will still be here next year.....laughing at me this whole time......
I used to get poison Oak/Ivy all the time when I was a little kid...it was quite horrible....it itches all the time...so I run scolding hot water over the top....so I won't spread it other places...It's on my hands,arms,feet.........I have to really try to keep it from my love muscle...
I used to have it all over my body when I was a kid.....that was quite awful.......I mean the humidity in Alabama does this sickness no justice...or maybe it does it plenty of justice by seeing to it that I suffer everday that I have it...it just spreads if you scratch it....Have you ever had it as bad as I have???
It should be gone within a week...if I am lucky!I went to the doctor and she only gave me the cream to put on it.....lame...I want a shot to get rid of it.....it's quite awful!!!
