I came home on Friday to find all of Roommate Lances stuff gone. No note, no message on my machine. Just a ransacked room and a spit in my face. I took a chance on this fucker without knowing much about him and he stabbed me in the back. Now I know not to trust people, I guess.

I called Jeff, our manager and told him the whole sad story. He told me not to worry about it. But I dont really know what that means, as Jeff is a terrible manager. He hasnt fixed the leak in Tommys roof since it appeared in December, and its slowly gotten worse and worse. And now theres a bucket on Tommys air mattress whenever it rains, which has been happening more and more often.

The noise in our pipes, the pipes that transport heat io the rest of the house, has been getting louder and louder. The noise sounds like I man trying to break out of the pipes with a hacksaw and a wrench. The noise is so loud, in fact, that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Tommy doesnt have to worry about this because hes literally deaf. But hes got a giant hole in his ceiling and a water bucket on his air mattress.

Its going to feel good not to have to live here anymore in May.
