OK adding to my journal - my weekend. I went on a camping trip with my sons cubscout group. I was all excited! I bought everything you may ever need for camping thinking we were going to be somewhere in the wilderness and where were we??? Well you coudl call it the jungle but not the natural one. We were 100 yards away from the 91 freeway at a camp ground called Featherly Park. From my tent I could see the 91 freeway rush hour traffic.(they forget to mention that freeway on their website in their description of... "A stately grove of mature Cottonwood and Sycamore trees and the Santa Ana River create the setting for the beautiful Featherly Regional Park." )
and ALL NIGHT Long I heard the semi's downshifting the harleys rumbling by and the stupid hotrod cars reving their engines. IT ROCKED! 
No birds cherping or coyotes howling or having to hang our food up high so the bears don't get it. We did have a good time with the whole camping thing. but I would have really perferred a beautiful campsite in the woods and not right off the 91 freeway. 
I need a nap!

No I dont belong to any regional groups, there is SGIE, and I tried to hit up the head, but heard nothing back. I dont even know if it is still active. Plus, I may live out here, but I do not embrace the meth/dirtbike/trailerpark culter biggrin
The week has been aight... well until today...although batman helped!
