I heard this somewhere and I thought I should share because it is SO true! I don't know who said it but it makes a heck of a lot of sense.
"Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speach you will ever regret!"

So far I am having a pretty good week nothing much to report. Keeping busy. I think I am finally getting over what ever virus attacked my body. Or atleast I hope.
