God has already forgiven you. It's only you who punishes yourself now. Let go of it, and focus on what good you can do for others in the name of God.

Like Leaves said, if you focus on sins, you're more likely to sin. So focus on what you can do to serve Him, and those thoughts will begin to fill your mind.
