i'm seriously tired of all this shit. overnight means overnight, it doesn't mean "well we'll put it in the mail, charge you for priority mail, and see what hapepns." it means fucking overnight. it's been almost a week. you all suck monkey vomit. ALL OF YOU. And since you're a university, maybe consider hiring people over the age of twelve to work in your call centre. anyone who pronounces it "supposebly" should be shot on sight.
