I'm a little hung over... but I have to 'get it together' fast because Ixion Burlesque is doing a photo shoot this afternoon for our new website. All the dancers will be here in a couple hours, including MOLLY who will present her new oil painting of Honey Birdette - which will be used on our fliers and posters for the show "Daphne".
Last night was fun though, I worked at Slipper Room - but I'm glad the owner of the club wasn't there... I mean I was in rare form - flirting with the girls. I distinctly remember smootching with two very cute asian ladies... and I think there were more... (one girl kept asking me when I was working next haha) and the show was good - strip-tease from LITTLE BROOKLYN, DELIRIUM TREMENS and SELENA VIXON (who I shared a cab with back to Brooklyn). Plus some non-stripper friends stopped by (hey not everyone is an exhibitionist): my friend JODI (who is now dating the guy playing Eros in my new show) and my bestest buddy in NYC, STRUMMER: who was named after Joe Strummer and attended her first Clash concert at the tender age of 2 months old. Hours later... I just got home... Strummer, me and some other friends were out dancing all night... I rolled a dube... and opened my email... I had to add this pic to the journal... this is Ixion's new look.
