Last night I just stayed in and did work. The burlesque show needs investors to take it to the next level. Without investors we can not get a normal 'run' in a midtown theatre. Currently, for all our shows on 42nd Street, we are still just doing 'one offs'. Also I've decided that my burlesque show, with the strippers, live jazz music and stories from Greek mythology, would make a really cool - new type of... TV reality show... haha... so yeah I'm working on 2 proposals - one to achieve legitimate 'Off Broadway' status, and the other to snag a network 'special' or 'series'. Proposals for these types of projects are massive... thus the work involved.

Also, in both my new shows, I've incorporated lots of 'classical' music to accompany the strip-tease. This style of stripping dates back to the 1860's according to my research. So we have music now from Mozart, Chopin, Shostokovich, Mendelssohn, Bach, Satie, Debussy, Couperin, Purcell... you get the idea... music from the 1600's up to the 1920's.... so I have to sit and practice the piano alot... just to fucking do it... its not like playing chopsticks...

Regarding my drama over the last few days... thanks again to my SG buddies !!

you guys really helped me through a rough patch... At the moment things with L seem to be stabilized... but I know I'm gonna want sex with her on the weekend and that will pressure her... and I'll be 'in the doghouse again'... so, I'm going out with a different L, I'll call her L2, this Friday. She's already sent me a fun confirming email. The best way for me to snap out of these doldrums is to experience something fun and new and hopefully exciting... Ha ha... Ixion's 'dating' again... how cute...
