Had another crazy busy weekend, I saw Kick-Ass on Thursday night -so good- I can't wait to read the comic now! Friday night after work I went down to check out my friends amazingly beautiful clothing designs in a runway show for Fashion Art Toronto. I was up again early to set up my booth at the Elle Mag. fashion event at the Carlu, which is a gorgeous, Art Deco venue.
What a bizarre day. I'm so used to selling at markets and craft shows, this consisted of VIP runway shows, wine, demos, h'orderves, and private shopping. I made my rent money though! After packing up the show at 9:00, I rushed over to celebrate at my wonderful babe's birthday BBQ. Sunday was delightful though, we spent most of it in bed. Today was a flower day, I think I made about 70 arrangements ... ugh... Mothers Day prep. I love flowers, but I hate this job. I'm so glad these are my last few days with this company!
And tonight, I am going to curl up in bed and read some more Wolverine: Enemy of the State...soooo good!
