hey sexy ladies. So, Im all moved in to my new house. I can't believe I actually own something. well, at 29 yrs old, I guess it's about time.... We spent last week painting and fixing up the place, and yesterday I got a nice sunburn doing yard work. I never actually thought Id enjoy such things, but when it's your own place, it's not so bad. Having a big housewarming bash on saturday. Should be fun.

The old man leaves again for shanghai in a week... Now I'll need a nice girl to enjoy the new place with me...
