I know the White Sox scored 14 today against us but I'm still hopeful that we'll come away with a split in Chicago. We've got Wells going tomorrow and we've still got Schilling once at Fenway. I'm not worried.

I'm officially hooked on Firefly. After seeing Serenity, which was an amazing movie, I got the first three discs of the series from Netflix. What a great show. Why in god's name did they ever cancel it? We can only hope that the success of the movie get's some tv execs thinking about bringing it back.

Within in the next few days I'm going to officially get the application process started for my (hopefully) 6 month stint living and working in England. The application process is long and involved so we'll see how that works out. But with any luck I'll be spending 6 months of 2006 in either Cambridge, Brighton, London, or Oxford.

I don't know what I'm going to do this weekend. Maybe I'll go see Corpse Bride, who knows. More than likely I'll spend the weekend writing a paper which I'd rather not do. It's only tuesday though so I've got some days to figure it out.
