I've had a great time in California. Everyone I've met from SG has made it so much better. It's been great meeting all the new people. The timing for Tuesday night dinner was perfect. It let me have a nice big dinner with my new friends. The monogolian beef at Hop Louie's is fan-fucking-tastic. I've got to go back there sometime. Anyway, my plane leaves today. I don't know how long I'll be gone but I'm sure I'll be back. I'll miss it here. I'm sure my fish in Colorado miss me, though. Moving them out here will be difficult. They are pretty big. It will be good to be back home for a bit. I've got a lot of stuff I need to do in preparation for the move. It makes me so insane that I don't have certainty that I don't have the job and will be moving. I've got to get things ready to leave right away and I don't even have confirmation. ARG! It's hard being patient for such a life-changing event.

Be prepared. When I return I'm dragging as many people to as many things as I can.
