Everyone lives in his own psychic reality, which is created from his beliefs.

The main difference between people is that everyone thinks that his opinion on what is happening is only right. Observation of reality helps us to understand that these are only different points of view for the same thing, and our own life experience is a reliability criteria. Learning to analyze from different angles helps us to understand that any position would be inaccurate - just a point of view.

The need to prove tells

Rejection of the positions of others causes negative emotions to us, but on the other hand, an attempting to prove something is a mirror of what we don't accept inside yourself:

- The confidence that we know how to;

- Condemnation of actions of others as a reflection of opposition to itself;

- Beliefs that have become obsolete;

- Subconscious unwillingness to change.

Everyone from birth has the ability to think and learn, everyone is born in order to get his own life experience: learn to love, to think for themselves, to create his own world, not to reject anything and to take it as points of view of others people (that doesn't necessarily mean an agreement with them).

Acceptance as the main way to interact with reality

When we agree with conditions that don't conform to our beliefs, we feel a certain spiritual discomfort. But if some circumstance exists, it exists for something, regardless on whether we like it or not. Acceptance means recognizing the right of another person to be himself. When we recognize the reality of the present as it is, we get the opportunity to enter into contact with this reality and act on it.

If we don't accept, we can't use what is given to us for something important. Resisting certain people or circumstances, we're wasting huge amounts of energy, which could greatly improve our lives.

Don't prove anything to anyone, as the loss of this energy is simply enormous: we extinguish ourself, extinguish the others, extinguish the resources of situation and our reality. We spend psychic energy on talking about problems that are lying outside the scope of our competence to expend the energy on what we can not change: trying to educate others, to manipulate them rather than doing our own things.

The best way to prove anything is living your own life in harmony with internal and external peace and a joyful and grateful acceptance of all.

Eastern philosophy calls this process "the act of non-doing" that actually means giving the opportunity for everything to occur and prove nothing to anyone.
