sorry to hear about your brother. From my own experience as a messed up teenager, run away on drugs and skipping school all i can say is, don't push to hard. From my days as a youth counselor and hearing all of the crazy shit these kids are doing and thinking...i would say, don't push to hard.
The age is a huge factor. It is almost the norm these days for fifteen year olds to act out in this way. The good thing is he has you. He knows he has you or he wouldn't have called. Being freaked out for him is O.K. I hope that everything turns out. Tough times.
