So...That job I've wanted for like a month or so....I was giving up on it....and then I got another e-mail from them...GOD AM I CONFUSED. am i wrong or is this taking forever?
"Hey Lauren! I am so sorry. I have been in Tampa for the last week at
a Conference and just got back in this morning. I will have our
recruitment coordinator give you a call in the next day or two with an
official offer. My assistant director was working on your references while I
was gone, so let me see what we can get accomplished by the end of the
week!"
SHE SAID THAT LAST WEEK AND THE WEEK BEFORE. I am confused. I am going to keep looking. But I really want that job....plus.....I am still looking for a place to live. My apartment situation is fucked. well....at least I know I am still in the running for the job....but stop fucking with my brain people....I guess I understand though....it's tough running a preschool/daycare center. I just really need a job. I AM POOR, MAN.
WELL, we will see later....life sucks....it is so strange.

They are going to hire you, don't worry! The same thing happened when I was trying to get a job at Borders (except it didn't take so long). They just have to confirm that you did really work for those people. If you have to I would contact them (former employers) letting them know you need to confirm your employment for your new job.
