OKAY.... So i went to the doctor and my thryoid is abnormal.
(FYI- abnormal thryroid risks and symptoms ) apparantly there are antibodies working against my thyroid. blah blah....i'm too tired and too lazy to explain it fot the millionth time....plus...i'm not too good at explaining it....my doc put me on natural thyroid (armour thyroid)....THANK THE FUCKING LORD...I know why i've gained so much fucking...

So the preschool called me back for a second interview for a teacher position today. The interview was yesterday. That was fast! 
I hope it works out. I meet with them again on Friday morning to sit in on a classroom in Foster City and meet some more people. I am happy about that.

Yes, hello!!! Always fun receiving comments from strangers... Plus in working theory, a friend of Smuffy's is a friend of mine. Yep, I'm a special ed teacher... I work w/ autistic adults out of a group home environment. It's far more challenging compared to my gig prior, running a bookstore..Seeing the DSM IV in your fav books was a good tip-off on your being a psych major. Well, that and your saying you're a psych major a few more lines down).

Hopefully you will be able to guide him as far as his life.....things can only get better from the court date if he's only 15, but once he's gone then that's it!! I know, I've dealt a lot with a suicidal person and you have to know how to convince them it wouldn't do any good so that they really know it.
