itsy

so there are apparently huge, steroid taking, gross, monster bugs in NM. some sort of disgusting clicking and hissing beetle that needs to just die off and never return. it flew into the apartment last night. landed on the computer chair propping open the door (hey... we needed a cross breeze). it was making the creepiest noises. so I started to cry, because there was no way I was going to attempt to smash it with something. it was literally 3 or 4 inches long. so. I slowly pushed the entire chair out the door and into the foyer and closed the door.

by the time The Boy got home, the thing was no where to be found... and then I realized that there is a bit of a large gap between the floor and the door. so. now I'm completely paranoid that this thing is somewhere in the apartment.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND how totally and completely I hate insects. it isn't just a small phobia. it's very big and very real and they've always terrified me. so seeing THAT thing completely traumatized me. however, I have a good man, because he's going to come home and search high and low and overturn the furnature so I can be sure that it's not in here. let's pray it's not.

but it couldn't have just..... disappeared. meh. gross. bleh.

i don't usually watch this show, but I'm watching America's Got Talent in LA tonight... there was a girl, Cassie (who also called herself Miss Pussycat) who put on a grinding show... shooting sparks off of herself. it was fucking HOT.

unfortuately, there's nothing on YouTube yet for me to post so I can share.
