Ok..I am back. No more sleeping on pull out beds (not the pull out method I was hoping for thank you very much), no more walking in the rain and the snow ("and there's no where to go and you feel like a part of you is dying") and no more 4 block walks to the subway.
It did take me 2 flights to get home which sucked althought the brooding Kareem Abdul Jabbar was on my flight. All 7" 2 of him.
Anyway....it is Pere Ubu/Rocket from the Tombs tonight, The 88 tomorrow and finally a good nights sleep Tuesday.
My cat was so happy to see me after 4 days she kept meowing and rolling over and over into the next room. So sweet.
Now...if only I could find a nice hot young girl to do that......(say as Jery Lewis) HELLO, is this thing on? HEY LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did a live accoompaniment to Metropolis at this old rep theatre in Toronto a few years ago-- whoa. We were glued to our little uncomfortable, smelly seats.
