LOOOOOONG day today. It was pouring in DC and I had no umbrella. Walked 5 blocks in the freezing rain and took 2 subways, an Amtrak and a light rail to get to Baltimore. Sat next to a cute girl on the train who worked at the Justice Dept. tho. That was nice.
Was a big dork and went to Gunnings for crab cakes, saw the Babe Ruth Museum (did I mention I was a big dork? Oh yeah), Camden Yards and finally the yuppified Federal Hill. The market was cool but....too much young money and sports bars.
Then cab to Amtrak to 2 subways and back to where I am staying. I put my stuff down and fell asleep for 2 hours. I am currently missing Suicide at the Black Cat but so be it.
I fly home to LA tomorrow and I have shows Sun. and Mon. so I need to rest up. If anyone in LA wants to see The 88 for free at Spaceland on Monday night....go for it. I'll be there.
