before the internet goes and exploder-ises again, i thought id just give you an update on my condition:

i woke up at 3am this morning feeling like i was fresh out of an oven, yet it was absolutely fucking freezing in my room, i woke up confused and with a blazing headache, and had a very surreal, almost out of body experience, where i didnt know how to control my limbs que panic attack then i took a while to figure out i could still move so i went and got a cold drink from downstairs got back to my room....another panic attack decided to busy myself and go online, who should be there but my favourite person ever charley she talks to me and calms me down and we discuss what i should do next, i log off an hour later and manage to get to sleep..... 3 hours later i wake up fresh as a fucking daisy, and my sheets are a kind of turin shroud of sweat depicting where i lay... my sore throat is gone, my nose is clear and the headache has gone.... WHAT THA FUCK?

anyhoo, other things to happen to me recently:

* realised i have no money.
* decided to go on ebay and sell, sell sell!!
* discovered a need to venture south very soon to see my homeboys/girls
* had a visit in work from amanda and her fella, which was very nice and got me out of doing any real work last thing at night sorted, respect due!!!
* oh and charley will be my bride, oh yes she shall be mine!!! if not then ill go after _nikolai_

edited to put the right nikolai, cant be giving man love to every nikolai that comes along...
