Im so ill at the moment. I have also have to panic attacks tonight because i couldnt stop shivering, thought i was going to pass out 
(damn my brain!!)
symptoms include
* my temperature is very high
* im currently wearing 4 thick tops on to keep warm
* i have got a cool strip on my head
* my head feels like its made of wood
* people have to explain things several times cos im delirious.
its taken me about 20 mins to type this cos i cant spell, but its keeping my mind busy enough to prevent any further panic attacks...
i hate being ill i feel so useless.
