Currently calming down after a terrible day at work.
I dont mind helping other people out, but when it means my own workload suffers and i have to work my days off then i get a little frustrated.

It confuses me how some people can actually choose to be awkward and horrible to everyone they meet. Surely they must realise how much ill-feeling it creates towards them? Then at parties after a few drinks they tearfully question why nobody likes them, how lonely they are and how they are a good person if you get to know them.
You are a result of the choices you make, it is your fault, its not them, it definately is you.
This came to me after a discussion at work with a colleague on the notion of fate.
Is your life pre-determined? Are certain things meant to happen?
I said that for you to believe the answer to be yes, you are putting faith in a higher power, removing blame from yourself as it 'was meant to be' if things go wrong. Obviously when things go right, you claim you did it all yourself... Such is the nature of human beings.
