In a vain attempt to feel topical i shall update so to remove the valentines day blog.
If you havent read it, boy you missed out.
Im kind of shocked by some of my workmates about their beliefs.
Mainly the fact they believe in ghosts.
Despite NO scientific evidence.
One friend suggested she believes in ghosts as in her mum and dads house hammers move about by themselves and once it stopped her falling down the stairs.
A strange combination of powers.
I put it to her that its strange that ghosts only seem to come from the period where everyone dressed like a character from a period drama.
Or if you are a medium, despite the fact you are apparently channelling the spirit it will refuse to give you exact details of the person its trying to contact, like names and such. And prefers to be so vague thats its hard to disagree with what they are saying because there is little to disagree with.
It prays on the weak and grieving. People who really wish to be in contact with lost ones to find some sense of closure or to know that they are doing ok.
Why not instead spend the money going to see these people on a nice photo album and collect all your happy memories within that.
Faith is a curious thing, make one man weep, make another man sing.

haha my boyfriends brother goes on ghost 'investigations' and they take digital cameras and walk around a house or park or whatever taking pics of nothing and if they see dots they think they're ghosts.. blah watever. he showed me a pic from epping forest and it was full of 'orbs' but really i just think they're bugs or dust or sumthing wrong with his camera lol. man we've had so many arguments coz i take the piss outa him too much oh well.
